technically (and content-wise) outdated ...

Yes, although using new technology like we do here doesn't always ensure perfect availability either. But unless someone does something stupid, things should be quite stable here. A few months ago it was bad and the pages took a long time to load, but now they should be really stable.

FYI: The frontend is currently hosted on Vercel's free cloud services, while the backend is hosted on a small virtual server at a German hosting service.

I'm more and more fond of the relaunch, Mike. The technical basis is very stable. Meets my requirements, multi-tagging, the possibility to post short but essential reviews, and comments on particular tracks ... great!

Looks like PA is still down. Just went to look something up and no dice.

unless I got banned by PA...

i got an error message that says 'SHUTDOWN IN PROGRESS'

and it seems they're down again, unless this is a regular server restart (which I've never seen before)

EDIT: it's back

^ a peculiar message, seems like you caught one of the servers during a shutdown/reboot cycle. One would not see such a message on linux/unix servers, but they are using Windows AFAIK.
