This is a non-commercial website operated as a hobby project. All services are provided free of charge and on an "as is" basis, without warranties or guarantees of any kind, and we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from their use.
By submitting any content to this website, you grant us the right to use it free of charge. Generic database content you contribute as a member — that is, factual information not personal to you, such as artist, release and track data — becomes the permanent property of the website and may be retained even after you leave.
Content that is personal to you, such as the reviews and comments you write and the ratings and tags you assign, remains yours. We display it publicly until you choose to remove it or delete your account, and we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to filter or remove any content we deem inappropriate, for instance for profanity or other concerns.
In the same way, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or remove any account we consider disruptive — for instance for harassment of other members, spam, repeated vandalism of the database or any other behaviour that harms the website or its community.
