"Experimenting with noise, droning notes, simple - but frenzied - programmed drumbeats, and oppressive moods, Korperschwache's three-track album "Ignore the Need" is a challenging, but interesting, listen at many levels.

While the first track is an almost warm sounding alternative post-rock affair with mainly clean guitars, massive synths and simple drumbeats, the two other tracks are distorted and noisy and, although full of droning textures, quite intense with frantic and often strange-sounding (and, I must admit, annoying) drumbeats.

Not everyone's cup of tea, this dark experiment with sound and mood is recommended if you are the type who likes to challenge yourself as a listener.
