"This album is almost a concept album, the main theme being viking mythology, and in particular the story of the god Odin. Recurrent true metal Manowar themes appear here... the anthemic songs are here, the ballads are here, and even narrative parts... but no real fast paced song. In fact, this is the most mellow album the band has written since their debut "Battle Hymns". What is missing here is probably a bit of originality, but this is still a great album."
