"It has been proven again and again that the old adage that girls can't rock does not hold water. Here is another piece of evidence to destroy the this myth. Greek hard rockers 4Bitten, with female vocalist Fofi Roussos, have committed a work of pure heaviness and power in "Delirium".

Incorporating heavy and groovy riffs into their sound, the Greeks are bound to rock your world and make you bang you head with tracks like 'Burning the Candle', 'Live 4 Today', 'Jaded', 'A Different Fate', 'Delirium', 'Games U Play', and 'Through the Fire'. Their softer side is revealed in the AOR-infused ballad 'Far From Grace' and the melodic alternative metal track 'Tomorrow Never Comes'.

4Bitten definitely have a talent for writing groovy and heavy riffs, and they draw on this talent to the fullest on this album. 4Bitten definitely belongs to the same category of bands as Adrenaline Mob and Concrete Sun - bands that remind us that groove metal - if done right - can be awesome and ass-kicking.

Fofi Roussos' voice is raw an unpolished and suits the brand of groovy heavy metal that 4Bitten deliver on this album very well. The overall sound is heavy and massive, and the production is professional.

Fans of groove metal and the heavier type of of hard rock should definitely check this groove-fest of an album out.
