"Part reissue, part live album, and part compilation, this release features a remastered and resequenced version of From Hell to Texas from 2009 and a collection of live tracks from Nashville Pussy's shows in Europe, and it all comes in a neat package with a nice little booklet and all.

Nashville Pussy are known for their Southern-twanged dirty boogyin' hard rock, and this release is no exception. It is a nice package of straight up, no frills, rock 'n' roll, complete with whisky-voiced vocals, a thumping bass, stomping drums and frantic guitar solos. To this you can add humorous politically incorrect lyrics about driving drunk, smoking pot, uncle-niece romance, defecation on the moon and, of course, the perils of the rock 'n' roll lifestyle. The production on From Hell to Texas is quite unpolished, which suits the rock 'n' roll style very well.

The Live and Loud in Europe disc probably appeals mostly to folks who are already ans of the band. The production is quite good for a dirty rock 'n' roll live album, but still has a raw quality to it. The inclusion of the live CD allows the listener to compare the live versions of the songs that also appear on From Hell to Texas with the studio versions, and this reveals how well the studio version actually capture the enery and dynamics of the band's live sound. Not everybody can bring that live intensity into the studio. AC/DC can, and Nashville Pussy can.

Fans should not hesitate to buy this release, and, if you are not a fan of Nashville Pussy yet, but you like raw unadulterated rock 'n' roll rich in politically incorrect adult-oriented humor, then – hell – go check out this release, too. You'll be won over in no time.
