Timeline
"My low rating is admittedly partly down to a sub-genre I've never got on with, but what does set the album apart is the less 'thrash' moments, particularly their best track ever (Orion) and within the title track / Welcome Home. Can't deny I find the rest forgettable but those are excellent." (bartyMJ, , )
"THE most important thrash metal album ever!! While the following album is definitely better, I highly recommend this!!!" (J-Man, , )
"If you're looking for the progressive moments, focus on the Battery intro & structure, the title track, The Thing that Should Not Be, Welcome Home (Sanitarium) and of course, the fantastic Orion." (Mike, , )
"Undoubtedly, a classic of the genre. A must have for any Thrash metal fan." (HughesJB4, , )
